Attendees and Determination of Quorum – Sergeant at Arms Yes 20 members present. 4 Guests
Adoption of Agenda: – Motion, 2nd. Approved
Introduction of Board: – Matthew Burg, Budd Watkins, Helene Williams, Jacky Walker & Joyce Barishman
Chair’s Report: – Matthew Burg, Aaron Koehler to speak about member well testing and how to schedule an appointment
Approve Minutes: Motion, 2nd. Approved
Treasurer’s Report: – Back of meeting agenda. With corrections. Approved by members present.
Directors Reports: –Jacky Walker asking for member to let her know about class topic’s that they would like to cover. Sheet to list passed around for the members to fill in.
Old/Unfinished Business: – None
New Business: – Director Helene Williams, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation were given out to members for their binders at the end of the meeting.
Educational Class: – “Do’s and Don’ts of Well Maintenance” presented by Budd Watkins, PWOA Vice Chair
